All of our used hot tubs come with a “functional guarantee” through our company (explained below in more detail).
Our used hot tub preparation process is a big deal. We typically run each hot tub through a detailed inspection and a thorough wet testing process for a full week. If there’s anything to service/repair/replace, we do the required work, then run it through another week of testing. We repeat this process until a full week has gone by with zero problems.
We’ve discovered that this dramatically reduces the chances of something going wrong after it’s delivered, and experience has taught us that shortcutting this process can lead to unwelcome surprises down the road.
However, as is the case with all manufactured products, there’s always a chance that something doesn’t work properly “right out of the box”, and that’s what our guarantee is for.
99% of the time, a problem will have developed due to it having been moved and resuscitated, and 99% of the time the problem will be evident within the first 24 hours of start-up.
We give our clients 31 days to report what’s wrong, and we make it right for free.
It’s unusual for anything to go wrong within a couple years once we’ve inspected/tested/serviced/delivered a hot tub. If a used hot is running properly after the first few days of use, it’s almost certainly “good to go” for a long time.
However, for those that want extra peace of mind, we offer extended warranty options for up to two years ($250/year for “parts only”, and $500/year for parts and labour)
