I bought my hot tub from Steve back in 2017 and had no problems until I forgot to power it down when I drained it. I thought I may have blown a pump, but when I got Alex on the phone, he walked me through testing my fuses, and sure enough that was the issue. I picked up a new fuse from them and they didn’t even charge me. The tub is back up and running great. Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience.

We bought a used hot tub 15 years ago from Steve. The tub is still working fine! We visited Steve at his location in Surrey and picked out a used hot tub cover as our 15 year old cover was finally getting water logged and showing some wear at the seams. He had a great inventory to go through and we found a new/used type that fit our tub. The price was 25% of the cost of a new one and we brought it home the same day! I bought a hot tub from hot tubs Galore about 10 years ago. I had an unusual request. That it fit on the top deck of my yacht ! Steve helped me choose the best fit and functional tub for my application and in the ship yard we craned it on. Perfect fit , fantastic price and customer service and my favourite part is that it ran for 7 years with no issues at all !! Great times and memories in that tub. When I sold my yacht it was in the contract to be included as the buyers said it’s perfect !
