Don’t wait until you’re ready for your hot tub before you start shopping for one. It may take a couple months or more for you to check out all the hot tub places, process all the information, make a decision, wait for it to be ready then schedule delivery.

If ordering new, some hot tub factories are faster than others. Some can build a hot tub in a week or two while others may take 4-6 weeks or more for production time.  Factory locations and shipping schedules will affect how soon you’ll get your hot tub.  

If you decide to buy a used hot tub from Hot Tubs Galore, it may take a while before it can be delivered.  That’s because we put each hot tub through a week-long comprehensive inspection/testing/preparation procedure before releasing it, so you receive it fresh off the test bench, sanitized and serviced.  And there could be several hot tubs in line before yours.

Also, once the hot tub is ready to be delivered, it may take some time to arrange and schedule a delivery date that works for everyone.

So when you combine the above factors, it could be many weeks between placing your order and your receiving your hot tub.

Tips:

– Place the order for a hot tub way before you’re ready to take possession of it, especially if you have an important deadline.  That will reduce the stress of there being a possible delay.

– Don’t be impatient to get your hot tub immediately once you’ve made your choice. If you order new, you’ll have more options if you’re not in a hurry.  If buying used from Hot Tubs Galore, the inspection/test/sanitizing/servicing process is well worth the wait.

– Ordering a hot tub weeks before you actually need it is OK.  Hot tub stores can usually store it for you at their facilities until you’re ready.
