New and used hot tubs
We can offer you over 200 brand new options and we usually have about 100 used options to choose from as well. Many brand names, huge variety, and a wide price range.
We usually have over a hundred used hot tubs in stock at any given moment. I wish I could tell you where to look for good used hot tubs, but the truth is that we don’t really go looking for hot tubs anymore – they come to us.

How do we find your hot tub?
We sit down together and ask a detailed series of questions to help you figure out your particular needs, tastes, priorities and budget.
Your answers to our questions help to narrow down the hundreds of options to just a handful that best match the description of what you’re looking for.
In the same way a good real estate agent helps you find the perfect house for your family’s needs instead of overwhelming you with every home in the entire city, we only show you the models that we most recommend based on the results of the survey.
Parts, services and repairs
We inspect, diagnose and fix almost every kind of problem related to hot tubs. We also do house calls within a 50km radius from our place.
If you’re a DIY person, we’d be happy to supply you with whatever parts you need to fix your own hot tub. We offer new and used jets, cushions, pumps, electronics, plumbing parts and anything else you might need.
Please note that we cannot teach you how to diagnose and fix things over the phone or in-person – we just supply you with the parts you request.
Hot tub removal
If you’re “done” with your hot tub and want it out of your yard, we can arrange to have it professionally removed (quickly, neatly and safely). We pay for good newer hot tubs in good working condition, we remove “iffy ones” for free, and charge to remove scrappers.
The exact amount depends on the hot tub and the access for removal.
