-Don’t act suspicious or accusatory – test their knowledge and honesty in a friendly, curious manner.
-Ask them how their product is different from other brands, to see how much they know.
-Ask specific questions about other brands, and see how much they know about other manufacturers.
-Ask what spa pack, pumps, jets, valves and acrylics they use
-Ask if they use plastic or ceramic pump seals, and if they have normal or titanium elements.
-Don’t rely solely on the salesperson for information – rather, do further research to verify their claims.
